Mijn dromen en ambities
An English Language teacher and trainer with both the Cambridge CELTA and CELTA Young Learners Extension, I am also an efficient and effective trainer/coach and Learning and Development (L&D) specialist.
The common thread in my career is transferring knowledge through training and coaching, helping people achieve their goals and getting the best out of themselves. I am highly client and colleague focussed and always aim for a win-win situation.
My skils:
• Teaching English as a second or other language (TESOL) to adults and young learners (4-10 and 11-16)
• Training, coaching, mentoring and buddying
• Learning Needs Analaysis
• Co-ordination and planning of training and learning events
• MI Reporting and analysis of learning effectiveness
I am interested in English teaching positions throughout the Netherlands, and am open to opportunities abroad.
